Good quality product, very fast shipping and good price. This massage gun is very useful. I can use it to relief my muscle pain from my daily works especially my legs. I think it s not good to massage around neck and shoulders coz it s too strong vibration. Back pain is ok but you have to be careful if you have a lumbar bones problem. Hips pain is good for using this massage gun too. Thank you and recommended.

Great product. Used it 3 times, so ready to give a good review.
1. Its powerful, and originally needed to only use level 1. Ball plug is the best, followed by the flat.
2. Use it on the softer parts of your body( calf, thigh), not the bone (shoulder blades). Best spot is shoulder at the neck and feet.
3. After a few massages I have progressed to the second and third level, depends on the relief needed from exercise.
4. Case is awesome and a must.
5. Battery is accurate as described, i think an hour would be the most out of it. Each massage session is about 20 minutes each.
